GAS: The record date for the 2013 dividend payment

On October 07, 2013, HOSE announced the record date for the second phase of 2013 cash dividend payment of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation:

-         Stock symbol:  GAS                            

-         Ex-right date:    October 21, 2013   

-         Record date:    October 23, 2013   

-         Purpose:           the payment for the second phase of 2013 cash dividend  

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date:  November 15, 2013       

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Head office of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation, from November 15, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
