LBM: The record date for final dividend 2012 & interim dividend 2013

On October 02, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.860/2013/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date to close shareholder list of Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company:

-         Ex-right date: October 14, 2013

-         Record date: October 16, 2013

-         Purpose: to pay the remaining dividends of 2012 (5%/share) and interim dividends of 2013 (5%/share) in cash.

-         Exercise ratio: 10%/share (VND1,000/share)

-         Date of payment: October 25, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
