On September 27, 2013, HOSE announced the record date for the first phase of 2013 cash dividend of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:  BHS                            

-         Ex-right date:    October 08, 2013   

-         Record date:    October 10, 2013   

-         Purpose:            for the first phase of 2013 cash dividend  

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-         Payment date:  October 25, 2013          

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company, Bien Hoa I Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.
