DAG: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2012

Dong A Plastic Group Joint – Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on October 02, 2013:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to the record date for 2012 dividend in cash:VND1,390/share

-         Record date: October 15, 2013

-         Payment date: expected on October 25, 2013

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Dong A Plastic Group Joint – Stock Company.

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the member of the BOD and CEO to implement.

-         This resolution takes effect from October 02, 2013.
