HOSE announced the record date for the first dividend advance of 2013 in cash of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation:

-         Stock symbol:   TNA                             

-         Ex-right date:     September 18, 2013    

-         Record date:     September 20, 2013    

-         Purpose             to implement the first cash dividend advance of 2013        

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date:   October 15, 2013

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation - 11^th Floor, Thien Nam Building, 111-121 Ngo Gia Tu, Ward 02, District 10, Hochiminh City from October 15, 2013 from 8:00 – 12:00 am to 14:00 – 17:00 pm.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividends.
