HAG: The BOD to seek shareholders’ approval for dividend payment

According to the board resolution dated September 04, 2013, the Board of Directors of HAGL Joint Stock Company approved to determine a shareholder list for the purpose of consulting shareholders about two issues as follows:

-         Paying the 2012 dividends in cash;

-         Restructuring real estate units in the Company by selling shares of the subsidiaries that own projects approved by the Board of Directors in the board resolution dated June 24, 2013.

The record date is expected to be September 20, 2013.
