CII: Resolution on the dividend payment for the second of 2012

Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on September 04, 2013:

-         The Board of Directors approved to the record date for the second of 2012 cash dividend:

-         Record date: within 15 days after the issuance of resolution on the dividend payment for the second of 2012.

-         Payment for the second of 2012 cash dividend:

+         Dividend pay-out ratio: 4%/ par value (VND400/ share)
