PPI: Explanation for business result in the six months of 2013

Pacific Property & Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business result in the first six months of 2013 compared to the first six months of 2012:

-         Revenue in the first six months of 2013:         VND26,717,565,729

-         Revenue in the first six months of 2012:         VND64,610,173,849

-         Difference:   41.4%

-         Profit after tax in the first six months of 2013 was –VND1,916,604,653, decreasing VND1,958,300,799 compared to the same period of last year.

-         Revenue decreased 41.4% because revenue from roads and bridges decreased VND24,094,095,543, revenue from real estate decreased VND15,315,421,380.

-         In Quarter 2,2013, the company made a provision for contribution in Kinh Bac Investment Construction and Infrastructure Development Company by VND1,536,364,950.
