VAT: Explanation for issues related to Financial Statement Y2012


Van Xuan Telecom JSC explained two questions related to Financial Statement Y2012 as follows:
1. Late in information disclosure
- According to regulations of Hanoi Stock Exchange, deadline for disclosure is on 01/04/2013. However, Van Xuan Telecom JSC published the FS on 10/04/2013
- On 24/03/2012, the company and auditor completed auditing the FS 2012. However, leaders of the two units went on business. Thus, the company completed the audited FS on 08/04/2013.
2. Difference before and after auditing
Reasons:
- Recalculation of the auditor
- 30% of Income tax payable free has not been recorded yet by the company.
