HOSE: Announcement of replacement of stocks in VN30 Index

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the removal and replacement of the stocks in the VN30 Index basket as follows:

-         Stock removed: PVF (Stock of Petrovietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation).

-         Reason: PVF is delisted for the purpose of the implementation of the merger with Western Bank.

-         Stock replaced: PVT (Stock of PetroVietNam Transportation Corporation);

+         Outstanding volume: 232,600,000 shares

+         Free float ratio: 30%.

-         Effective Date: September 24, 2013.
