Viet - Han Corporation has set up a subsidiary as follows:

-         Name of the subsidiary: Viet Han Rubber Joint Stock Company

-         Address: Phu Son Village, Ba Commune, Dong Giang District, Quang Nam Province.

-         Business line: planting rubber, exploiting, processing rubber latex, producing, buying and selling rubber.  

-         Viet - Han Corporation contributed 95% or VND76 billion in subsidiary.

-         Mr. Tran Xuan Hieu, Deputy Chairman of the BOD, CEO and capital representative of Viet - Han Corporation at Viet Han Rubber Joint Stock Company is candidates as Chairman of the BOD at Viet Han Rubber Joint Stock Company.
