VNM: Report on the number of outstanding shares

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (VINAMILK) reported the change in the number of outstanding shares as follows:

1.       Before treasury share purchase:

-         Number of outstanding voting shares: 833,490,871 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 464,925 shares

2.       Number of ESOP shares withdrawn: 11,850 shares

-         Reason: to withdraw ESOP shares from the employees who left the Company.

3.       After treasury share purchase:

-         Number of outstanding voting shares: 833,479,021 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 476,775 shares.
