-         Contributing capital for the establishment of Hoang Giang Development Service Joint Stock Company

-         Capital contribution: VND80 billion or 8,000,000 shares with par value: VND10,000/share.

-         Mr. Do Huu Ha was appointed capital representative of Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company at Hoang Giang Development Service Joint Stock Company
