Vinh Hoan Corporation announced the Resolution of BOD on August 01, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to buy back fish meal, fish fat factory of Vinh Hoan Seafood Joint Stock Company at Highway 30, Thanh Binh Industrial Group, Binh Thanh Ward, Thanh Binh District, Dong Thap Province.

Article 2: The Board of Directors officially received the factory from August 01, 2013.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect as from August 01, 2013.
