-         The Board of Directors approved management regulations.

-         The Board of Directors approved financial management regulations.

-         Mr. Doan Van Thuan was appointed as CEO in 03 years.

-         Ms. Ly Thi Binh was appointed as Chief Accountant in 03 years.

-         The Board of Directors approved to buy more 552,500 shares in Viet Construction Investment Consulting JSC.

-         The Board of Directors approved to assign tasks to members of the BOD.
