AVF: Board Resolution on the Record Date

On August 02, 2013, the Board of Directors of Anvifish Joint Stock Company unanimously decided a record date for the purpose of consulting shareholders in writing as follows:

-         Record date: August 20, 2013

-         Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-         Time of implementation: will be noticed to shareholders by mail.

-         Purpose: to seek shareholders’ approval for changing the share issue plan.
