On August 05, 2013, HOSE announces the the record date for the second dividend payment of 2012 of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company as follows:

- Stock symbol:         TCO                                                                                         

- Ex-right date:           August 14, 2013

- Record date:            August 16, 2013

- Purpose: to implement the second dividend payment of 2012 in cash      

- Dividend pay-out ratio:           7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

- Payment date:                          September 10, 2013     

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

 - Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  at Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company, 189 Dinh Vu Street, Dong Hai 2, Hai An, Hai Phong City (on the working days) from September 10, 2013, and please submit ID card.
