-         Record date:    August 15, 2013     

-         Purpose:           to implement the first dividend advance of 2013 in cash. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)

-         Payment date:  August 30, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Branch of Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated from August 30, 2013 and please submit ID card.
