Dam Sen Water Park Corporation (DASECO) announced the record date for the first dividend advance of 2013 as follows:

-         Stock code: DSN    

-         Ex-right date: August 26, 2013

-         Record date: August 28, 2013          

-         Purpose: to implement the first dividend advance of 2013 in cash

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

-         Payment date: September 11, 2013              

Place of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the office of Dam Sen Water Park Corporation (03 Hoa Binh, Ward 3, District 11, Hochiminh City) from September 11, 2013 from 11 September 2013, from 8:30 to 15:30 days in week (except for Tuesdays, 11 Sept., 12 Sept. and 13 September 2013)

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
