TCM: Report on the result of share issue

Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company has reported the result of share issue to increase its share capital as follows:

I.    Information on stock:

-         Stock name: Stock of Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company

-         Charter capital: VND447,374,860,000.

-         Number of outstanding shares before the issuance: 44,637,036 shares

-         Number of treasury shares before the issuance: 100,450 shares

-         Stock type: common share

-         Stock code: TCM

-         Par value: VND10,000/ share

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 4,463,703 shares

-         Purpose: to issue bonus shares to the existing shareholders to increase the Company’s share capital from its owner’s capital.

-         Record date: July 23, 2013

-         Ex-right date: July 19, 2013

-         Estimated trading date: September 25, 2013.

II.   Result:

-         Number of distributed shares: 4,462,465 shares

-         Number of distributed shareholders: 2,415 shareholders.

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-         Total number of current shares (after the issuance): 49,199,951 shares, in which:

+         Number of outstanding shares: 49,099,501 shares

+         Number of treasury shares: 100,450 shares.
