BID: BIDV raises capital to more than VND28,112 billion

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announced the result of capital increase after issuing shares to pay dividends and offering new shares to the existing shareholders:

-         Charter capital before the stock issue: VND23,011,705,420,000.

-         Charter capital after the stock issue: VND28,112,026,440,000.   

-         Date of change: August 06, 2013.
