On July 31, 2013, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam granted Certificate No.29/UBCK-GCN to Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company so that Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company can offer its shares to the public as follows:

-         Listed firm: Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company 

-         Paid-in charter capital: VND128,592,880,000

-         Stock symbol: AGF

-         Stock type:  Common Stock

-         Par value: VND10,000

-         Total offering volume: 12,859,288 shares

-         Total issue value (basing on par value): VND128,592,880,000

-         Distribution time: within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.

-         Offering method: according to the Company’s prospectus.
