SFC: Result of tax inspection 2007 - 2010

On June 24, 2013, Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company received a decision from the Hochiminh Taxation Bureau about the tax inspection at the Company for fiscal years from 2007 to 2010. On August 05, 2013, the Hochiminh Taxation Bureau decided a tax treatment and an administrative sanction to Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company as follows:

-         Tax arrears: VND164,622,543

-         Administrative sanction: VND102,324,410

-         Total: VND266,946,953
