SBA: SBA to issue new shares

Song Ba Joint Stock Company disclosed its plan to issue shares for to pay 2012 dividend as follows:

I.    Issuer:

-         Issuer: Song Ba Joint Stock Company

-         Stock type: Common stock

-         Number of issued shares: 50,000,000 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 49,800,070 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 199,930  shares

-         Issue volume: expected 2,490,002 shares

-         Total value issue: 24,900,015,000 dongs

-         Exercise ratio to pay dividend: 5%

-         Finance resource: Undistributed profit after tax

-         Record date: September 05, 2013

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be paid at VND10,000/share.

For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 119 SBA shares, the calculation will be119 shares x5%=5.95 new shares. Therefore, shareholder A will receive 157 new shares and in cash by 9.500=(0.95*10,000).
