SAV: Announcement of Board Resolution No.11_Aug 23

Savimex Corporation announced Board Resolution No.11 dated August 23, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved the proposal of the CEO to allow the Corporation’s partner to contribute capital into Savimex in order to invest and complete the infrastructure and legal documents of Housing Project in Phu My ward, district 7, Hochiminh city.

-         After the project meets the transfer conditions prescribed by law, Savimex will transfer the entire project to the partner at a transfer value including land compensation value and other investment preparation expenses.

-         The Board of Directors authorized Mr. Bui Ngoc Quoi, Savimex’s CEO, to negotiate with the partner about the housing project.
