NBB Investment Corporation announced the Board Resolution dated August 22, 2013 as follows:

Plan to deal with fractional shares:

-         The Board of Directors approved to offer 2,019,923 unsold shares in the new share issuance. The Board of Management asked the Board to consider the plan to offer 2,019,923 shares as follows:

+         To offer 919,923 shares to the staffs at VND10,500/share.

+         To offer 1,100,000 shares to strategic partners at VND11,000/share at least.
