PXI: Information on the signed agreement

Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction Joint Stock Company has informed the implementation of Agreement No.101/DHXD/PVC-PVC-IC, belonging to the construction project: “Laboratory Analysis Central and Office of Vietnam Petroleum Institute – Stage 1” between the general contractor Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation and the main contractor Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction Joint Stock Company, with main contents as follows:

-         Investor: Vietnam Petroleum Institute

-         General contractor: Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation

-         Construction site: High-tech Area, District 9, Hochiminh City.

-         Land area: Lot E2b5: 21,407 m2; Lot I-4b-1.2: 20,002 m2.

-         Contract value: VND577,532,204,495. (VAT and contract management cost (1.5%) included)
