TPC: Announcement of Board Resolution _ Aug 22

On August 22, 2013, the Board of Directors of Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company approved the profit and loss report for the first six months of 2013 as follows:

-         Packing production: 5,071 tons (59% of plan), in which:

+         Export: 3,288 tons (proportion: 64.8% of selling quantity)

+         Domestic: 1,782 tons (proportion: 35.2% of selling quantity)

-         Total revenue: VND342.312 billion (60.1% of year plan 2013); in which: Revenue from packing: VND261.255 billion (76.3% of total revenue).

-         Profit after tax: VND10.773 billion (48.97% of year plan 2013), decreasing 51.9% compared to the same period of 2012.
