VST: Vitranschart sells the ship VTC Light

The 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved the selling plan of the ship VTC Light, capacity of 21,964 DWT, built in Japan in 1995, in order to raise funds for production and business activities as well as reduce working capital pressure.

Therefore, on August 21, 2013, Vietnam Sea Transport and Chartering Joint Stock Company (Vitranschart JSC) officially transferred the ship VTC Light to the buyer in Algiers port, Algeria and finished the selling at a price of US$4.205 million.
