-         Number of outstanding voting shares before stock buyback (before July 23, 2013): 96,931,578 shares.

-         Number of shares bought back as treasury shares (from July 23, 2013 to August 23, 2013): 618,480 shares

-         Number of treasury shares after stock buyback: 4,477,692 shares

-         Number of outstanding voting shares after stock buyback: 96,313,098 shares.
