ITA: ITACO signs a MoU with BIDV

On August 06, 2013, Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation (ITACO) and the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Tay Saigon Branch signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU). According the MoU, BIDV will support the workers who buy apartments in Tan Tao 2 & 3 Plaza, a project invested by ITACO, at preferred interest rates in the VND30,000-billion support package of the Vietnam State Bank.

Besides, BIDV agreed in principle to finance the main investor to build houses for workers of the Tan Tao Industrial Zone if ITACO meets loan conditions as required.
