HPG: The record date for the second cash dividend payment of 2012

On August 26, 2013, HOSE announced the record date for the second cash dividend payment of 2012 of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:  HPG                            

-         Ex-right date:    September 03, 2013   

-         Record date:    September 05, 2013

-         Purpose: to pay the  second cash dividend payment of 2012                                   

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:  10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date:  September 18, 2013      

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Shareholders Management Department - office of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company - Ha Noi Branch, 39 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Le Dai Hanh  Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Ha Noi City on the woking days from September 18, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
