CLP: Resolution of the EGM

Cuu Long Seaproducts Company announced the resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) as follows:

-         EGM approved contents:

+         Amending the Articles of Association.

+         Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Thanh Le, Mr. Diep Cong Phuoc and Mr. Le Thanh Binh as a Member of the Board of Directors.

+         EGM approved to decrease from 07 members to 05 member of the Board of Directors.

+         Mr. Pham Van Be was appointed as independent board member
