Nui Nho Stone Joint Stock Company announced the independent board member as follows:

-         The Board of Directors of Nui Nho Stone Joint Stock Company includes five members, in which Mr. Nguyen Nhu Song is an independent member.

The Company also said that it had no sub-board.
