Construction And Materials Trading Joint Stock Company announced a personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan as a member of the BOD and Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from July 24, 2013.

-         Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thinh as a member of the BOD as from July 24, 2013.

-         Appointing Mr. Nguyen Viet Tan as a member of the BOD as from July 24, 2013.

-         Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong as Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from July 24, 2013.
