Vinacomin - DeoNai Coal JSC announces change in the Management Board as follows:

-                    Mr. Dang Quang Minh has  resigned from Director with effect since 02/4/2013

-                    Mr. Pham Hong Tai has been appointed Representative for capital of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited at Vinacomin - DeoNai Coal JSC and Director with effect since 02/4/2013

-                    Mr. Pham Quang Tuyen – Chief Accountant has been appointed Director with effect since 02/4/2013
