CTD: Coteccons wins An Phu 2 & Diplomat Hotel projects

Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (Coteccons JSC) has announced that investor Mainhart chose Coteccons JSC to be the main contractor for the package “Foundation, basement, body and finishing” of An Phu 2 Apartment Project at 961 Hau Giang, District 6, Hochiminh City. The package is worth VND216 billion.

This project includes two basements, 25 floors, with a total construction area of 37,000m2 on a land area of 9,389m2. The project will be started on July 16, 2013.

Earlier, on July 02, Coteccons and investor Diplomat International JSC conducted a groundbreaking ceremony for the three-basement package of Five-star Diplomat Hotel at 76 – 78 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ho Chi Minh. The value of this package is VND22.9 billion.
