CTD: Coteccons wins bid for SC VivoCity project

On June 17, 2013, Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (Coteccons JSC) received a winning bid notice for international project “SC VivoCity Trade Center”, worth VND1,120 trillion (not included VAT). This project belongs to the Nam Saigon Trading Complex at Nguyen Van Linh street, District 7, Ho Chi Minh city. It has 1.5 basements and 5 floors and is located on a total area of 44,000m2, including a floor area of 110,000m2.

The construction time for SC VivoCity project is expected in 16 months.
