PPC: PPC buys 5Mln shares in Hai Phong Thermal Power JSC

According to the board resolution dated July 12, 2013, the Board of Directors of Pha Lai Thermal Power JSC (PPC) agreed to purchase 5 million shares of Hai Phong Thermal Power JSC from Saigon Vina Real Estate JSC, at VND11,500/share. The total purchase value is VND57.5 billion.
