-         Number of treasury shares: 5,563 shares

-         Estimated issue volume: 1,297,181 shares

-         Exercise ratio: 3% 

-         Financial resource: undistributed profit after tax at 12/31/2012

-         Record date: June 26, 2013

-         How to deal with fractional shares: The number of additional shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be paid in cash at VND10,000/share by the Company.
