KDC: Kinh Do Corp to issue new shares to swap Vinabico’s shares

Kinh Do Corporation will issue 1,105,704 common shares in order to exchange with shares of Vinabico Joint Stock Company on the record date for the shareholder list of Vinabico.

-         Exercise ratio: 1:2.2 (01 KDC share will interchange with 2.2 Vinabico’s shares).

-         Record date for the shareholder list of Vinabico: June 12, 2013.

-         Shareholders execute procedures to receive the swapped shares from June 27, 2013 at:
