FPT Corporation has announced the result of Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) as follows:

I.    Stock in the ESOP:

-         Stock name: Stock of FPT Corporation

-         Stock type: preference share - type 3

-         Stock code: FPT

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Number of shares estimated to be issued: 1,352,922 shares

-         Purpose: to issue new shares to the employees who had achievements in 2012.

-         Issue date: June 03, 2013

-         Estimated trading day: none, because these new shares are limited to be transferred in 03 years from the issue date.

II.   Result of the ESOP:

-         Number of distributed shares: 1,352,922 shares

-         Number of distributed employees: 89 people

-         Number of current shares: 275,201,755 shares.
