-         Change of legal representative:

+         Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has replaced Mr. Nguyen Van Khai, CEO, will be legal representative of PAN as from May 29, 2013.

-         Change name of subsidiary:

+         Old name: Pan Pacific Service Company Limited

+         New name: Pan Pacific Services Company Limited

+         Old short name: Pan Pacific Service Co., Ltd

+         New short name: Pan Services.
