HBC: Hoa Binh Corporation’s subsidiary cooperates with Jesco Asia

Hoa Binh Engineering JSC (HBE), a subsidiary of Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jesco Asia, a member company of Jesco Holding, Japan. Jesco Asia will invest to increase HBE’s charter capital to VND36 billion. It will own 51.2% HBE.

The two sides have agreed to change HBE’s name to Jesco Hoa Binh Engineering.
