UDC: UDEC chooses an audit firm for 2013

Urban Development and Construction Corporation (UDEC) announced the board resolution dated May 31, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to choose AASC as an audit firm for UDEC in fiscal year 2013.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to borrow a short-term bank loan to raise its working capital in 2013.

-         The Board of Directors authorized UDEC’s CEO to negotiate with BIDV – Ba Ria Vung Tau Branch.

-         The Board of Directors suggested Viet Nam Golf Tourism Joint Stock Company, UDEC’s subsidiary, to use a part of assets of Golf Can Tho Hotel to guarantee UDEC’s loan at BIDV – Ba Ria Vung Tau Branch.
