Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company announced a personnel change as follows:

-         Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Binh, chairman of the BOD replaced Mr. Nguyen Binh Duong as CEO.

-         Effective date: June 03, 2013.
