HHS: Board Resolution June 06

Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company (HHS) announced the Board Resolution dated June 06, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the results of issuing new shares to the existing shareholders:

-         Total number of issuing shares: 15,749,986 shares, in which:

-         Issuing shares to pay dividends: 11,249,990 shares

-         Issuing new shares to existing shareholders: 4,499,996 shares

-         Number of shares to pay dividends: 11,249,971 shares

-         Number of shares registered to buy shares and paid money: 41,969 shares

-         Number of undistributed shares: 4,458,027 shares

Article 2: Plan to deal with fractional shares:

-         The number of fractional shares (if any) to pay stock dividends are 19.5 will be cancelled.

-         The Board of Directors decided the undistributed shares will be distributed to 06 other investors at VND10,000/shares.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect as from June 06, 2013.
