L10: Sets up Subcommittees of the Board of Directors

Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company (LILAMA 10.,JSC) announced the establishment of subcommittees of the Board of Directors including salary and bonus subcommittees and human resource subcommittees.

-         Mr. Le Van Dong, Independent member of the Board of Directors to be head of the salary and bonus subcommittees.

-      Mr. Truong The Vinh, Independent member of the Board of Directors to be head of the human source subcommittees.
