BT6: Beton 6 Corp. withdraws stake in 620 Long An Concrete JSC

On June 04, 2013, the Board of Directors of Beton 6 Corporation decided to withdraw 100% stake in 620 Long An Concrete Joint Stock Company.

The board authorized CEO Ha Thanh Man to seek a partner to negotiate and sign documents relating to the capital withdraw, to ensure recovery of investment.
