SRC: SRC adds contents to the use of shareholder list

Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company has added new contents to the use of shareholder list to consult shareholders:

-         Record date: May 27, 2013

-         Purpose: to consult shareholders in writing on listing additional shares after issuing shares to pay 2012 dividend in stock.

-         Content for the ballot:

+         Ratio apportion: 01 share: 01 right

+         Time of implementation: June 20, 2013 at the least.

+         Venue: Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company – 231 Nguyen trai, Thanh Xuan District, Ha Noi city.
